·     Support implementing partner in water sanitation and hygiene project design implementation and monitoring.
·     Mobilize and involve communities to ensure community ownership of projects
·     Design appropriate assessment tools to identify and respond to water, sanitation and hygiene needs
·     Establish, identify and train community based Hygiene Promoters (HPs) and Water and Sanitation Management Committees (WSC)
·     Support and strengthen HPs and WSC during project implementation and monitoring
·     Carry out water quality assessments, test and monitoring
·     Provide regular feedback to implementing partners, communities, HPs & WSC of the results and findings of water quality testing and monitoring.

Job Responsibilities:

⦁ Conduct any other programming responsibility delegated by the Program Manager.

Job Resposibilities:
⦁ Complete civil & structural works connected with 220 MW power plant including all foundation & building with Transformer Foundation , Turbine Foundation ,Foundation for Bypass Stack & Main stack & Main Control Room, Workshop Building , Waster water & Raw water Treatment
⦁ Coordinate with QA/QC Engineer on site to discuss quality issues and make sure that all the issue rectify in suitable way without affecting the progress
⦁Guiding the Civil Lab for the preparation and testing of different material according to the client’s specification and requirement.
⦁I am a good team player and thereby could work well with the team of builders, contractors and management and could implement the development as per design standards with quality and efficiency in stipulated time

⦁Coordinate with planning department to their invoices and planning of different activities, so the quality of work will not compromise.
